1. Scope of Services
The Company provides catering services for various types of events, which include the preparation and delivery of meals, waiter service, and, optionally, the rental of catering equipment. Orders are executed solely in accordance with individual agreements concluded with the Client.

2. Deposit and Payment
•Upon confirmation of the order, the Client shall pay a deposit amounting to 50% of the total order value.
•The remaining payment shall be made before or after the execution of the order, as agreed with the Client.
•Accepted methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, card, VAT invoice.
•Pursuant to Art. 394 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, the deposit constitutes security for the contract and may be credited towards the performance of the contract.

3. Cancellation and Modification of Orders
In the event of the necessity to cancel or modify the order, the Company may offer one of the following solutions:
1.Issuance of an invoice for 50% of the order value – the order shall not be executed.
2.Full execution of the order in accordance with the agreement, with the possibility to change the time, delivery location, or method of serving, without changing the date.

For orders executed during the Christmas and Easter periods, the Client is obliged to notify any changes or cancellations no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled execution. After this deadline, either full execution of the order or the issuance of an invoice for 50% of the order value applies, in accordance with the agreement with the Client.

These provisions are in compliance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code regarding contracts for the provision of services.

4. Liability and Food Safety
•Services are provided in accordance with applicable sanitary regulations (HACCP).
•The Client is obliged to inform the Company of any allergies or food intolerances; in the absence of such information, the Company shall not be held liable.
•The Client is responsible for providing appropriate conditions for the execution of the order on-site (electricity, water, space for placing meals).

5. Complaints
•All complaints shall be submitted within 24 hours from the conclusion of the event, via email to: zamowienia@buen-iryina.pl, providing a detailed description of the issue.

6. Governing Law and Final Provisions
•These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
•Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the court competent for the Company’s registered office.
•These Terms and Conditions are effective from the moment of their publication on the website and constitute an integral part of every agreement concluded with the Client.
